Notes about "Broken" queries and queries with no results

When using some of the example queries, there are a handful I have come across that no longer produce results or throw endpoint-related errors.

Specifically, there are 5 queries that return errors and/or no results.

SwissLipids/7.ttl -- no results
UniProt/48.ttl -- error 
UniProt/50.ttl -- no results
dgbi/012.ttl -- no results
Rhea/13.ttl -- error

There are also 11 queries that throw endpoint-related errors:

UniProt50 is due to a data sync issue that will be fixed with the next Bgee release. Ensembl identifiers without or with versions.
