Unable to upgrade to 1.13.9 with Longhorn support

I recently completed my first Talos installation, and wanted to add longhorn.

Looking through the docs at https://docs.siderolabs.com/kubernetes-guides/csi/longhorn point me to the schematic at https://factory.talos.dev/?arch=amd64&platform=metal&schematic-id=613e1592b2da41ae5e265e8789429f22e121aab91cb4deb6bc3c0b6262961245&target=metal&version=v1.13.9 to install the needed extensions.

However, trying to upgrade with talosctl upgrade to that version failed. I see in the logs that it's failing to pull that image.

A bit of manually curling shows me that factory.talos.dev/metal-installer/613e1592b2da41ae5e265e8789429f22e121aab91cb4deb6bc3c0b6262961245:vv1.13.9 redirects to https://factory.talos.dev/metal-installer/613e1592b2da41ae5e265e8789429f22e121aab91cb4deb6bc3c0b6262961245:vv1.13.9, which in turn returns a 404.

I presume that might be the reason that my machine was unable to process the upgrade, but I'm not certain. Any suggestions?

Registry protocol is not exactly something which you can curl.

The bug there is in the frontend - duplicate vv - please drop to a single v and it should work.

Ok, it's a bug in the docs - but dropping extra v should get you back on track.

Good to know that curl isn't providing a useful signal, it was something I could try, but I wasn't sure if it was useful :)

Dropping the extra v indeed resulted in the upgrading kicking off correctly, thanks for the quick response!
