Talos v1.14 multi-document config migration

The documentation map is very helpful for migrating to multi-doc.

Currently I am setting v1alpha1.cluster.network.cni.name to none to have Talos forgo setting up a CNI. How would I achieve the same with multi-document? My guess is not applying a KubeFlannelCNIConfig or setting KubeFlannelCNIConfig.backendType to None.
