Build failed because debian packages not fetchable

[LoeFe]

Environment:

• Host: Debian 12; Intel I5 CPU
• Network: No VPN or proxy involved
• Package URL is accessible from Host-System via wget and also from inside the build container (connected to the container during build with docker exec ...)

Repro Steps:

• Clone Repo
• Build Image with given options (see pictures) with ./kas-container menu
  
• The error also occurs when Image type Example image (without SWUpdate) is chosen

Result:

[LoeFe]

I was able to build the Image after the option Use Debian packages from release was disabled
