UI broken for RTL languages in Signal Desktop 8.6.0

• I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
• I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.

Overall summary

If someone sends a message in an RTL language, the message text flows below the read receipts icon and timestamp (see screenshot).

This is breaking the UI for all RTL users. Please fix as soon as possible.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Signal Desktop 8.6.0
2. Send message in an RTL language
3. Check message position in the baloon

Expected result

The message text flows below the read receipts icon and timestamp.

Actual result

There should be a margin between the RTL message and the timestamp and read receipts icon, just like in LTR messages.
