Problem
/docs/swml/reference/errors is real and useful — relay_script_* codes surface on the call session as script_error and as calling.script.warning events — but it is not referenced from ai.languages, ai.swaig, or the TTS provider pages, which are the pages a developer is standing on when a failure occurs. A developer debugging a voice or SWAIG failure has no path from the reference page they're reading to the error catalog.
Fix
Add "Errors and troubleshooting" cross-references from ai.languages, ai.swaig (and subpages), and the TTS provider pages to /docs/swml/reference/errors, and from the errors page back to the method pages its codes relate to.
(Related: a product request exists to add a voice-resolution-failure code to the catalog itself; this issue is only the linking.)
