Cant re-add Device

I setup a new Wifi System so the IPs changed, i deleted two devices, washer and dryer and now if i try to add them by IP i just get the message
"Update successful" so they still seem to be saved somewhere but i cant get the devices to show up again

You're gonna have to at least provide some logs for this one, otherwise there's not much we can do to help you.
