Provide a license for the Source code

Hi,

Please could you add some text in the README to tell under which license the source code is released?
The presentation page indicates that SIL uses the SIL Font license or the MIT license, but I'd like to know since I might contribute.

Ukelele is written by John Brownie of SIL and is copyright ©2003-2022. This software is currently provided under a freeware license, but future versions will be released under an open source license.

It seems that Ukelele is not open source yet.
