[Feature Request] Popup with all tags when focusing tag input

I don't remember all tags I ever created so it would be nice to have a popup that

• pops up when the Tags field is focused
• goes away when I press [Return] to let it know that I added all tags
• allows me to scroll through all existing tags by mouse scroll, [PageUp], [PageDown], [↑] and [↓]
• does not show tags that I already added to the tag input
• adds a tag to the input field by mouse click or [Tab] followed by space so i can click a whole bunch of tags without interruption

The browser extension for Linkwarden has that and it's very nice.
