New user here, very close to replacing my current workflow with linkding. There's a lot to like and I wanted to start by saying thank you for sharing this excellent project.
So far I've been able to overcome all my initial points of friction except one: the inability to save multiple tabs.
Firefox has this built in: using shift or ctrl to select multiple tabs > right-click > "Bookmark tabs...", saves selected tabs to the same folder. Alternatively, they can be drag-n-dropped onto the bookmark toolbar or sidebar.
The tab stash addon has been extremely valuable to me for the ability to [bookmark] only selected tabs. It's open source if that helps (https://github.com/josh-berry/tab-stash).
I found several issues related to this feature request, when searching for it:
For workflow context: I open multiple tabs while troubleshooting (or researching) a complex problem. Each tab is just part of the solution. When I'm done, I like to quickly bookmark them so they're easily searchable in the future, and often clusteredd in the same folder. Given linkding doesn't have folders (had to write a script to convert folders to tags), being able to tag multiple saved tabs would be an important element (this has also been requested/mentioned before in this comment of the aforementioned sissbruecker/linkding#186)
With linkding, I have to save each tab one at a time or use tab-stash, export html from the new group, run my script to tag them identically, then navigate to the linkding settings to import them. Without the ability to quickly bookmark multiple tabs, my browser windows and tabs pile up and become overwhelming.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
