[feature request]支持为一个功能设置多个快捷键

### In what scenarios do you need this feature?

在左手键盘+右手鼠标的情况下,希望按键能单手操作,所以要设置偏左边的按键
在双手键盘时,就使用右边键盘区来完成更多操作
同时也适合在两种快捷键方案间过渡使用,
如果有一个空动作,其有多个快捷键,相当于禁用了这些多个快捷键, 😄
