For example, as is required to autoboot the Zaparoo frontend (and presumably other frontends, too), setting the main flag in MiSTer.ini causes the emulator never to successfully launch as it can't shut down the MiSTer process(?)
An example of this setting pointing to another executable:
main=zaparoo/MiSTer_Zaparoo
This would be (and is recommended to be) appended to the end of the MiSTer.ini file and cause MiSTer_Zaparoo to launch when the system powers on, for Zaparoo frontend users.
