The parrot does not work through the SvxReflector.
If the receiver and transmitter are listed as: NONE
Tested on versions: 1.9.99.36; 1.10.0.

With the following settings:
[GLOBAL]
LOGICS=SimplexLogic,ReflectorLogic
LINKS=ReflectorLink

[SimplexLogic]
RX=NONE
TX=NONE

[ReflectorLogic]
TYPE=ReflectorV2
JITTER_BUFFER_DELAY=200

[ModuleParrot]
#TIMEOUT=60
MUTE_LOGIC_LINKING=0
FIFO_LEN=60
REPEAT_DELAY=1000

Hi Volodymyr You are correct that ModuleParrot never works on the reflector, it is designed to work on the local node only, and if there are no parameters in the local node as you have configured it as you have configured the SimplexLogic, then there will be altogether no chance that it will work. In the UK Wide group of reflectors, we have provided a link to an AllStarLink parrot node on a specific talkgroup, that not only plays back the transmission, but gives a spoken report... "Your audio is too loud, ...too quiet, ...perfect, here is your playback...." Kind regards. Chris G4NAB
