Upload bitstream to FPGA from ESP32

This is 100% within the capabilities of this board. Basically we'd need to write an ESP32 program which flashes the bitstream from the microSD card if it's available. Could you share more about why using the JTAG is difficult? At least for now it makes quick development of the hardware very easy.

I'm actually thinking of disabling the esp32 test shortly so I can focus more on the hardware. I just wanted to make sure that some kind of communication between the two chips was possible with the existing wiring.

Ohhh wait, we could actually upload a new bitstream to the fpga via a webserver running on the ESP32. Maybe! Is that what you're thinking about?

@enrixp do you have any code you can share on how you uploaded the firmware using a webserver? I'd love to see how you set that up.
