PEFF (PSI extended Fasta Format) -http://www.psidev.info/peff

  • Expand the database compatibility of ProteaseGuru to include PEFF formatted databases. This file format can include both PTMs and sequence variations. This update will expand proteogenomics compatibility beyond Spritz.
