Release soapfish on PyPI

We should release a proper package for soapfish on PyPI.

(Perhaps this should be added to the 0.6 milestone?)

@pope1ni in #73 you mentioned that you have a couple of fixes you'd like to land before releasing. Just in case you have a specific timeframe in mind please let me know.

There are still some issues outstanding in the v0.6.0 milestone. You could help to speed up the process of releasing this version to PyPI by submitting some pull requests to address these items.
