Issue/Feature Description:
After installation of Go, trying to install Ginkgo but getting error while installing.
Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
As Ginkgo is a testing framework for Go,so it is needed to write test case.
How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
Install Go
Try installing Ginkgo by following the command "go install github.com/onsi/ginkgo/v2/ginkgo"
Other Notes / Environment Information: (Please give the information, log link or any useful information for this issue)
Go version: 1.18
