Add sponsor bounties to x402 hackathon page (#928)

* Add sponsor bounties to x402 hackathon page

- Increase total prize pool from $50,000 to $120,000
- Update "Best x402 Agent Application" track to $20,000 (supported by Gradient Network)
- Add 7 new sponsor bounty tracks with $50,000 in additional prizes:
  - Phantom: Best use of CASH ($10k)
  - Visa: Best use of Visa TAP ($10k)
  - Atxp: Best Multi-Protocol Agent ($10k in credits)
  - Coinbase: Best CDP Embedded Wallets ($5k)
  - Gradient: Parallax Eco Track ($5k)
  - Openmined: Machine Economy Prize ($5k + credits)
  - Switchboard: Best use of Switchboard ($5k)
- Add sponsor logo banner with scrolling marquee
- Add sponsor logos to public/img/sponsors/
- Update HackathonTracks component to support individual prize amounts
- Add missing Radix UI dependencies to ui-chrome package

* Update bounty descriptions per PR feedback

- Update ATXP description to 'use x402, ATXP, and ACP or AP2 in an end-to-end agent flow'
- Update ATXP title to 'Best multi-protocol agent'
- Update Switchboard description to use 'Switchboard's' and capitalize title
- Add Dark Research bounty (k)
- Update total prize pool from $120k to $135k
- Add Dark Research logo to sponsor banner

* Fix ENVIRONMENT_FALLBACK error by adding timeZone to NextIntlClientProvider

* Add timeZone config to server-side i18n request

* Remove unrelated changes from sponsor bounties PR

- Revert i18n timeZone config changes
- Revert Radix UI dependency updates

These changes were unrelated to the sponsor bounties feature
and were causing test failures. The feature only requires:
- Sponsor logo images
- Translation updates
- TSX component updates

* Update x402 hackathon sponsor bounties with new partners

- Updated sponsor bounty titles with proper capitalization
- Added Triton bounty: Best x402 Integration with Old Faithful ($2,500)
- Added Alsa bounty: Best AgentPay Demo ($5,000)
- Updated sponsor banner to include Triton logo
- Reordered bounty list to match new requirements
