Add description filter to Detailed Reports

Problem

• Detailed Reports show the time entry description.
• Currently, there is no way to filter entries by description.
• This makes it difficult to find entries containing a specific keyword or reference.

Requested feature

• Add a text filter for description in Reporting → Detailed.
• Match entries whose description contains the entered text.
• Prefer case-insensitive matching.

• Filter value: meeting
• Results:
  • Client meeting
  • Internal meeting preparation
• Excluded:
  • Development work

Expected behavior

• The filter should work together with existing filters.
• The filtered result should also apply to exports and shared reports, where applicable.
