Update the report filtering

Hello,

I am a paid subscriber for solidtime selfhosted and there are 2 improvements I would like to see in the reporting view:

1. Add a divider for projects, show active projects first and then show archived projects with a small title in the dropdown view showing the difference between both. Reporting for active projects happens more often but like this reporting for archived projects is still possible
2. If a client is selected in reporting, filter the projects based on the client.
