Release version 0.19.1 containing commit de13c07

I just updated to version 0.19.0 and despite a correct APP_URL variable I was confronted with HTTP status 500 on each request. The logs show

For each request. This bug seems fixed with commit de13c07. Once I use the latest docker image, solidtime works fine again.

Could you create a bugfix release for this?

You mean a github release? It should be in all the latest tags and the 0.19 tag in docker. The github releases don't really trigger anything on our side.
