Since the addition of the calendar view, it has become my preferred way to register and adjust time entries. However, there is one feature I think would make it even better: cloning time entries directly from the calendar view.
We can already clone entries from the time view, but there we don't have the convenience of drag and drop. Being able to clone an entry directly in the calendar and then drag it to the desired day/time would make this workflow much quicker.
My suggestion would be to add a small clone icon to each calendar entry — for example, the common icon with two overlapping squares. Clicking it could simply create a duplicate of the entry next to the original, which could then be dragged and dropped wherever needed.
As a bonus, an even nicer implementation would be to click the clone icon and immediately "pick up" the cloned entry with the mouse, allowing it to be dropped directly into the desired slot. However, I imagine this could be more difficult to make intuitive on touch screens, so simply cloning the entry next to the original would already be a great improvement.
Thank you!
