Check for inconsistent service declarations in class- and module-path

Such an inconsistency might be intentional.

Here are a few examples that one might want to check:

bcprov-jdk15on-1.64.jar
jackson-core-2.10.2.jar
jackson-datatype-jsr310-2.10.2.jar
jaxb-impl-2.3.3.jar

I have to admit though that I did not dive into the details to check whether
these differences are intentional.
