[Bug]: Now playing bar not updating when autoplaying songs after end of album

Bug Description

e.g. this below - the song definitely isn't Favourite by Fontaines D.C., but it's not showing what it is (just playing it, showing the last track of the album's name/art)

Expected Behavior

I'd expect it to show the actual song that is playing

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to end of the last track of an album
2. let the next track autoplay
