pinned on old version of webview on linux

we’re currently using v109, which is ANCIENT!! chromium has so many CVEs since then and distributing this vulnerable version to users is not great

v109:

• works on deck
• works on cachyos
• compatible with wine 10.5

v143:

• does not work on deck
• works on cachyos when bumped to wine 11.9, rest of the game still works

linux compat is hell and i need better solutions, might end up with the lutris approach of having dropdowns for wine/webview version that users can play with
