I find this problem.
Premise:
transaction from Sparrow wallet 2.4.2 with jade plus firmware 1.0.33
to Wallet Electrum 4.7.2 with O.S. Linux Mint
Wallet Type WPKH(Jade)
Operation:
• tx created in Sparrow
• Jade shows details but no end screen
• Sparrow returns "user declined to sign psbt"
I premise the positive verification of addresses, master fingerprint, derivation.

It sounds like a communication issue with the Jade. I assume you are connecting over USB? Try using QR as an alternative. You may also want to change the USB cable, try a different port etc.
