Send To Many: amount values can parse incorrectly from CSV or pasted matrix input

I’ve observed a potentially serious issue in Send To Many where amount values can be parsed incorrectly.

This has happened to me via both:

• CSV import
• pasting values directly into the Send To Many matrix

A friend of mine has experienced the same issue independently.

Suggested severity: high, because this affects transaction amount handling.

Here's a screenshot, sorry I have to blur a lot for privacy. .....

xxx320 got parsed to xxx318 in Sparrow.

And I have numerous other examples of this.

Thanks for reporting this. I've fixed a potential off by 1 sat rounding error on imported/pasted amounts (8d12686), but I can't reproduce a 2 sat rounding error. If you can share one value where I can reproduce this, I'll take another look. You can also email craig AT sparrowwallet DOT com if you prefer.
