Specify compatibility matrix with Vitis

This repo does not specify the compatible version of Vitis HLS.
We have gotten user reports saying that the demos in the repo do not work with Vitis 2022.2.

This repo was built and tested with 2024.2 in mind.

Do you know what the error message was in 2022.2? I'm (almost) certain they changed the CLI between those versions, and the synthesis/implementation commands may be different. I suppose we could add support for both, depending on what's available on the system, but someone would need to replicate it first.
