Is the stored audio content private?

Is the uploaded content private to the Spotify account used to upload it?

The PR post does mention that:

Your agent can generate a daily briefing, private to you [emphasis mine], and it’s saved alongside everything else in Your Library.

But a cursory search for "private" on the repo and README.md finds no result.

seems to me that this is private. I can't seem to access my public podcast where I actually want to upload my episode :
