Episode visible via API (READY, is_playable: true) but all clients show "link doesn't exist"

Uploaded episode successfully. CLI shows READY, API returns is_playable: true. But iOS, Android, web player, and desktop all show "link doesn't exist" / "podcast not found".

Based on #11, this looks like a beta gate on the backend. Can you enable Personal Podcasts for this account?
