Cache data that browser is calling regularly

There are lot of DB queries coming from the browser to app.co api, resulting in heavy cpu usage.
Is there a way to better cache, or optimize these queries to reduce that load?

The new browser isn't going to query App.co anymore so this should get resolved implicitly with its release.
