Enhance artworks search with stemming

At the moment the artworks search doesn’t do any stemming, so we end up with different results for example for https://standardebooks.org/artworks?query=eagle and https://standardebooks.org/artworks?query=eagles.

Currently the website uses regex to search for query terms which is why there is no stemming. We would have to switch to fulltext indexes for stemming. @colagrosso this could be an fun enhancement if you're interested.

Yes, I would like to switch artwork search to the same fulltext index approach we use for ebooks. That will enhance this and #546 at the same time.
