[Feature Request] Display code on the address page

• Display code on the address page like the resource.
• contract.resolve_module API to get the ModuleABI and display it.
• Maybe We can use an individual page to display a module or resource

such as:

• account module: https:://stcscan.io/main/address/0x1/code/Account
• account resource: https:://stcscan.io/main/address/0xxxx/resource/0x1::Account::Account
