[Bug Report] Query parameters forcibly stripped

Describe the bug
Query parameters in the UI are forcibly stripped, breaking search for pornhub and sites using them as IDs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search for any url that depends on query parameters (ie pornhub)
2. search in UI
3. No results appear
4. Check network console for SearchAll Query, search term has query parameters stripped
