Final verdict

P7-5 is complete on the intended local implementation surface.

This tranche closed the remaining Phase 7 work by running the broader safety verification pass across the updated policy, privacy, contradiction, and review-surface paths after P7-4 landed. No additional feature surface beyond verification and canonical closeout artifacts was required.

    • repo-wide tests were rerun after the P7-4 review-surface changes
    • compile, terminology, public-readiness, and diff hygiene gates were rerun
    • the full Phase 7 local surface is now re-verified as green after P7-4

    • this closeoff records the tranche-wide verification outcome and completion boundary before final Phase 7 closeout

ShyftR now has a complete locally verified P7-5 verification tranche for Phase 7:

  • policy/authority baseline remains green
  • privacy/export/redaction deepening remains green
  • contradiction/poisoning fixtures remain green
  • review-surface/policy-visibility improvements remain green
  • repo-wide readiness gates remain green
