Use Authorized to maintain liabilities for revoke

We used to have a separate database in our old example to show how revocation of assets works, but now that cap-13 has landed in testnet we can do revocations by showing that valid asset holdings sit in AUTHORIZED_TO_MAINTAIN_LIABILITIES, while revoked assets are UNAUTHORIZED, and everything can be shown on chain
