Empty README file!

Dear developers,

This tool played a central role in several remarkable scientific discoveries published in Science Trans. Med., Genome Research. At the same time, the README file is still empty. Thus, the researchers can neither apply this tool to their own data nor check the validity of your conclusions. Could you please finalise this tool to make it available for the broad scientific community?
