Goal - Upgrade Next.js from 12.x to a supported LTS (13/14). - Evaluate App Router migration; start with Pages Router and selectively adopt. Acceptance Criteria - next build succeeds locally and in CI. - No runtime errors on dev server for core pages. - Document rollout plan in docs/Roadmap.md.
