Feature Request: Bulk resend confirmation email to pending members

Extending on this, a member has also requested the ability to set up a process to send email confirmation reminders on a recurring basis, so for example, for all unverified emails, resend the confirm email once weekly.

A way to filter the Members list for "unconfirmed" members may also be useful.
