When a parent goes to the Manage Group page to add a member, the only fields are Username, email and Password.
It would be helpful to add first/last name when the new member is created, as not all group members will complete the checkout process when the member is created by the group parent.
This allows the admin to see the names of any group members for approval, and allows the name to populate in the member directory.
