Feature Request: Track user profile information updates so admin can validate

With frontend profiles, its very possible your users could get approved and added to the directory based on some basic profile information then later CHANGE that information in a way that the site owner doesn't want.

For example, a user could update a vulgar person profile image, edit their contact information to link to a terrible site that depletes your domain authority, or otherwise write descriptive information that is terrible.

We should consider a way to log that changes were made so admins can periodically check that data is good.

Because this is a discussion and I'm reviewing all-things-directory, I'll chime in: you would want to allow for a configurable list of meta key values that could be exempted from logging. This would allow an admin to avoid clogging the log with entries that are not even user-visible.

So... you would do this by adding an action to updated_user_meta?

The actually logging part isn't hard, so I am guessing the "Difficulty" label is based on how you expose the results of the log, allow it to be cleared or acted on, etc.
