Feature Request: Give site owners more control over the slug used in member profiles

We currently allow you to use the user nicename or id as slugs for the user profile and can change this with a code recipe

A customer requested the ability to change this to the first and last names of the user profile so that it would look something like /profile/jarryd-long

Kim has coded up a code recipe to help achieve this in the meantime:
