How to run dist_example.py

This file is relatively self contained and requires no input. To run the script, perform the following steps:

  1. Activate enviornment: conda activate adadamp (set up enviornment based on adadamp.yaml

  2. Run script: python dist_example.py

I/O

This script takes no input.

This script outputs two files for logging metrics, where _SUFFIX is defined in kwargs:

  • loop\_metrics\_SUFFIX.csv

  • overview\_metrics\_SUFFIX.csv
