Allow Full text matches

The summons query stopped returning full text results at some point recently. These is a parameter (s.include.ft.matches) we can set but I cannot seem to set this via the library.

It'd be ideal if there was an option to control whether full text results were included in the response.

Expanding on what Mike's documented, if the parameter is not included it now defaults to false. This has meant that suddenly our API search is returning a very number of results from our normal search, where full-text is included. I've been out for 6 months so I'm not 100% sure when the change occurred, but it's very noticeable in some cases (e.g. 3 results for a longer search term vs. 500 quite relevant results we get when searching full text).

Example term would be:

gentrification and philadelphia and "center city" as flagged up initially by our social sciences librarian. I was able to find similar examples.

Haven't done a ton of testing on this but here is patch if anyone wants to review it.
