Similar to NDCube repo we should make some fake data to create spectrum object from wcs, quantities, arrays + unit etc to exercise the full API in many different configurations
- 1D - spectrum (energy)
- 2D - spectrogram (time v energy)
- 2d - (detector v energy)
- 3D - energy v space v space
- 3D - energy v time v detector
- ...
- 5D - energy v space v space v time v polarisation
- ...
