+`{isard}` suggests `{peacesciencer}` and does not formally depend on it. It's also a package I maintain. `{peacesciencer}` now depends on the data contained in this package for some functions. `{isard}` only suggests the use of `{peasciencer}` and does not do anything that makes `{peacesciencer}` a requirement.
