Centralize Research content

Problem: this package still tracks its migrated Research tree.

Outcome: remove only the tracked Research tree after the destination-first import at swift-institute/Research PR #12 was verified on destination main (1f5b1d5b8edede995df84a9eb2c1c0555ea4b1fa). The import receipt binds this source repository’s current main revision and verifies paths, modes, and blobs.

Scope excludes Package.swift, Sources/, and Tests/; proportional verification is source diff, exact path absence, reference integrity, and Git checks.

Programme: swift-institute/.github#527; section 2.3 amendment.
