Topaz Systems signature pad

Does this work with a topaz signature pad? I am trying to get a topaz signature pad to take signatures on my .net 8 core razor pages web application. Going to https://topazsystems.com/demos-source.html and looking at the .NET Core Demo and opening the solution gave a lot of errors.

Not sure what that is but if it uses html canvas it probably can work
