4.3.1 not available on Maven Central as stated in README.md

The Setup section of README.md mentions 4.3.1. However, it looks like this version never got published to Maven Central.

From recent commit history, one can tell that there is cross-building support for Scala 3. Unfortunately, no Scala 3 library version exists for any published MVN artifact.

It would be great to see 4.3.1 released to MVN with Scala 3 support 🚀

The difference from 4.3.0 to 4.3.1 seems to only be method names in deprecated annotations v4.3.0...v4.3.1 so not that essential. So I am happy with just importing the Scala 2.13 version with

  libraryDependencies +=  "com.github.t3hnar"       % "scala-bcrypt_2.13"  % "4.3.0"

But having an actual Scala 3 package in Maven Central would have been nicer.
