Decouple kafnus-connect version from header-route

Currently in https://github.com/telefonicaid/kafnus-connect/blob/main/src/header-router/pom.xml

  <artifactId>header-router</artifactId>
  <version>1.0.0</version>
  <packaging>jar</packaging>

But we don't have a "proper" kafnus-connect version.

When this issues gets completed, set the version to "_SNAPSHOT" (similar to Cygnus)

Maybe header router should be in another repo ?

Maybe... answer will depend on if header route can be used in another place appart from kafnus-connect.

If the only use is kafnus-connect, I think it's a good idea to make it simpler and have only one repo (this one).
